Matthew J. Fox, Esq.

Matthew is a graduate of the Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, Massachusetts. He attended Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and then went on to Suffolk University Law School, receiving his J.D. degree.

During his postgraduate school years Matthew was the Development Officer in charge of fundraising for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute’s Jimmy Fund. Later, he became a legal intern for the Massachusetts House of Representative’s Committee on Revenue and a Student Prosecutor with the Appellate Unit of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

Upon earning his law degree, Matthew joined the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, where he tried numerous bench and jury cases, and handled motions and all other pre-trial matters.

Matthew is currently in private practice. He resides in the same office as Bolio & Company and is a consulting attorney.
